The love for music started back in the 1980s. Timeless tracks that are still part of everyday life, especially at work and in the car. In the mid 1990s, this passion evolved into a deep love for trance music.
The first club experiences took place at Parkzicht in Rotterdam. During the same period, many nights were spent in The Hague at De Asta and Club O. After Parkzicht closed its doors, many trips followed to Amsterdam, often together with Peet and Eric. Clubs such as Roothaanhuis, Trance Buddha and the North Sea Venue at the Hemkade in Zaandam played an important role in the rise and development of the trance sound. A sound that continued to evolve into the wide and diverse range of styles trance represents today.
Large festivals were part of the journey back then and still are today. For DJ Zinne, they remain the perfect day out, all about music, energy and atmosphere.
Around four years ago, DJ Zinne decided to take mixing more seriously. With guidance and tips from Peet, experimentation on Pioneer equipment began, leading to the creation of a fully equipped home studio. From this studio, small house parties are occasionally hosted for true trance lovers.
For the past one and a half years, DJ Zinne has been part of Intense Radio, turning a lifelong passion into a truly rewarding hobby.
